Hi, I'm Sherri. I love to work with adults and teens with a special emphasis in working with women. ​

If you are suffering more than you think you have to, let's spend some time together. I will invite you into an intimate process of learning more about yourself, so you can learn the tools to begin to heal within. I will invite you to take action to discover how to rediscover joy, connection, and inner warmth.  

 

In womanhood, there are complex reasons why women struggle. I look at areas like work, intimate partnership/s, friendships, early childhood experiences, female biology, the relationship with the self, and the relationship with spirituality (how to make life meaningful) to help untangle the emotional web that women feel stuck in. I gently teach women how to begin the process of healing by looking within.

Depression, anxiety, perfectionism, trauma, complex trauma, grief and loss can make life emotionally unbearable. I sit with clients to help discover the reasons they are struggling. As we identify the reasons together, there are many ways to help clients find the moments of relief that they desire through small, incremental change.

My clients tell me that they can experience peace, joy, and gratitude again. They share that they feel more connected to themselves and others, while feeling safer in the world. They describe that they know themselves better and like who they are becoming. They articulate they are learning how to trust others and themselves.
